Dr. Troyer: Eric Troyer, MD is board certified in both Family and Addiction Medicine. He enjoys the challenges inherent in both fields and likes to use his knowledge about eachspecialty to help address and treat all his patient’s needs. His faith plays a central role in his life, and Dr. Troyer has been on 15+ medical mission trips and started clinics in needy areas all over the globe. Addiction treatment is his passion and accompanying his patients on their journey towards recovery brings him a sense of joy and fulfilment. Realizing that each person’s story and situation are unique, Dr. Troyer individualizes his treatment to the specific needs of his patients. He enjoys golf, traveling, watching movies and working around the house.
Patricia Marsh Pratt is certified as an FNP. She was born in Monroe, NC. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare that began as a CNA and then she went to become a Medical Assistant in the ambulatory setting. She became a RN after completing her nursing degree from Presbyterian School of Nursing, then furthering her education with the completion of her master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership in 2015, and finally obtaining her post-master’s certificate in FNP at North Carolina University at Wilmington. Patricia career has included working on a Neuro-Telemetry unit since 2008. She joined Troyer Medical in April of 2021 as an FNP. Her passion has always been to connect with patients and to assist them with becoming the best version of themselves. In her free time Patricia enjoys vacationing in the Caribbean, preferably Jamaica. She is married and has 4 children ranging from ages 1year to 30 years old. She is a strong believer in Christ.
Lauren Clark was born in Washington, DC. She moved to Salisbury, NC in 2002. She received her Medical Assistant Degree in Tess Community College in 2008. She joined Troyer Medical in December of 2013 as a Medical Assistant. She is currently enrolled full-time to obtain her nursing degree for nursing. She enjoys spending time with her 16-year-old daughter and dog Nova who is 7 years old.
Julie Davis was born in Gastonia, NC. She received her certificate as a phlebotomist in 2015. She joined Troyer Medical in April of 2018 as a Phlebotomist. She enjoys spending time with her 2-year-old daughter Raelyn and shopping
Linda Kennedy was born in Finksburg, Maryland. She moved to Woodleaf, NC in 1987. She received her EMT from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCC) in 2005. She also received her Technical Rescue from RCC in 2008. She joined Troyer Medical in August of 2021 as the Front Office Receptionist. She has 4 children ranging from 15 years-old to 32, 3 grandchildren ages newborn to 9 years-old. She enjoys cooking, baking, and works as part-time as a firefighter for Woodleaf.
